Phone number: 330-391-1724  Email: Beth Muellner

751 Wayne Avenue / corner of Wayne & Oak Hill Road

Charming three-bedroom, two-story home nestled in beautiful 5-acre wooded lot with a small stream running through it, opposite the Wooster Country Club golf course. Ground floor includes garden level patio (facing west), large updated kitchen (no dishwasher), updated bathroom (with shower), laundry room, and small study/bedroom. Upper floor includes large living room with fireplace, 2 small bedrooms, an updated bathroom (with tub), and an outside sun deck (facing east).

The home can either be single-family or divided into two separate apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with its own full bathroom (upstairs with tub, downstairs with shower). The kitchen and laundry on the ground floor would be shared space.

A two-car garage can offer either one spot per apartment or can be used in full for the single-family occupancy.

Rent is $1,500 monthly for the entire house; a security deposit (one month’s rent) will be requested. The house can also be shared by two parties, with a maximum occupancy of 5 persons total = maximum of three upstairs and two downstairs.
Utility costs (electricity, gas, water, trash) are included in the rent. One tenant would be required to sign the lease for the entire rental period, ideally for a year. The lawn is cut by the owner, however the snow shoveling is the responsibility of the tenants. Also, the trash bins need to be moved to the curb for weekly pick up.

Some furniture is available if needed: a six-chair dining room set, some sofa chairs, rockers, and tables, that could be used or removed as the tenant requests.

Available starting July 2021.

cat needs a home

I’m looking for someone to take care of my cat while I’m traveling for leave. He’s about 3 years old, indoor cat (but I’m flexible on that). Ideally someone would foster him while I’m abroad (September through end of June) and then give him back, but if his foster parent got very attached to him and wanted to keep him I would respect that.
